Privacy Statement

At Geomagic, Inc., we intend to give you as much control as possible over your personal information because your privacy is very important to us. In general, you can visit Geomagic on the Web without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself.

There are times, however, when you may provide or we may request information such as your name, phone number, or email address in order to correspond with you or process an order. It is our intent to let you know before we collect personal information from you on our site. If you sign up for an electronic newsletter or mailing list, you will be supplied with information on how to "unsubscribe" from that list.

If you choose to give us personal information via the Internet, this policy describes how we will use such information. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact with you, we will respect your wishes.  We may also use your personally identifiable information for non-marketing and administrative purposes (such as notifying you of site changes or for customer service purposes).  We may provide your information to our contractors and service providers for the purpose of providing and maintaining our services or fulfilling your request.  We will use reasonable efforts to limit their use of such information and to require them to hold such information in confidence.

We have implemented these practices for the Geomagic website (www.geomagic.com). The Geomagic website does contain links to other websites. Geomagic is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of all websites you visit.

You may update your personal information or send a request for deletion of your personal information by sending an email to marketinginfo@geomagic.com. There may be some lag time between receipt of your request and the time our systems are updated.  Further, we may maintain a copy in our archives and records.
