Easily migrate inspection processes to new parts
As parts change, Geomagic Qualify allows you to easily migrate existing inspection processes to new part designs. Simply change the part and let the Migrate Automation Wizard guide you through the process of detecting areas in the inspection process that need to be revised to accommodate the differences between the new part and the old.
Test different scenarios in a single inspection process
Creating the ideal inspection process often requires you to first experiment with a few different options. Geomagic Qualify lets you define multiple reference models and inspections in a single file so you can easily switch between different as-designed models and inspection routines for what-if scenarios and different nominal geometry.
