Question: What kind of 3D data does Geomagic Qualify use?
Answer:

Geomagic Qualify uses data from all major 3D scanners, digitizers and hard-probing devices.

Question: Is some functionality removed from the trial version?
Answer:

In the Trial version, you may only save files in the Geomagic native file format (.wrp). Otherwise the software is fully functional. If you want file saving options, please contact your Geomagic Sales contact to request an Evaluation license which will enable other file saving options.

Question: What kind of Technical Support does Geomagic offer?
Answer:

Geomagic offers online, web-based support for all customers, and telephone support exclusive to customers on a Maintenance contract. Online support includes access to the Technical Support Knowledge base, online tutorial videos, and links to other useful articles. Telephone support is available in the U.S., Europe and Asia during normal working hours. (for example, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Eastern time in the US.) and is exclusive to customers on Maintenance contracts only.
