Porosity Analysis

Porosity Analysis is an add-on to Geomagic Studio, Geomagic Wrap and Geomagic Qualify which enables the user to visualize smaller, separate components of a polygon mesh. Typically, this application is used to find and analyze gas porosity in a casting and is most commonly used with CT or X-ray data. This command will make the largest component of a mesh transparent, allowing the user to see the small voids (bubbles) inside the mesh. It will also give a total volume of the voids, as well as individual volumes of each void. Volume values can be exported as a table.
