Parametric Exchange for SolidWorks 2011

Technology Preview:

Connects Geomagic Studio and CAD to enable automatic reconstruction of geometry from scan data. The feature reduces product development time by enabling seamless transfer of parametric surfaces, solids, datums and curves from Geomagic Studio to SolidWorks 2011 without the need for intermediate neutral files such as IGES or STEP.

Application Notes

  • SolidWorks 2011 must be installed on same computer as Geomagic Studio 12.
  • Parametric Exchange requires Geomagic Studio 12 with active Geomagic Wrap or Geomagic Fashion license.
