Geomagic Opens Japan Office

Responds to Demand for Products, Business Growth

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., April 5, 2006 — Geomagic, a worldwide software and services firm headquartered in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, has opened its first branch office in Tokyo.

The Geomagic Japan office was established in response to the increasing demand for Geomagic solutions in Japanese design, engineering, inspection and manufacturing organizations, including automotive, industrial and consumer manufacturers. It will provide enhanced service and support to Japanese automotive and electronics customers such as Toyota, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Nissan, Mazda and Toshiba. Geomagic resellers and measurement systems partners in Japan will now receive collaborative customer-focused sales support and local technical support.
