From easily accessible resources and shortcuts that are all available at one spot, to a new, clean and organized interface that you can customize as well as tooltips in the language of your application, Qualify 12 has been redesigned to help you deliver results from day one.

New powerful report designer

You asked for greater control over the format and content of your inspection reports and we listened. Qualify 12 introduces a powerful new report designer that provides granular content over all the report elements and makes even the most complex customization needs easy. Now you can quickly and easily design and customize inspection reports to meet the requirements and branding of your organization.

Output in 3D PDF

Qualify 12 is the first inspection software that allows you to embed 3D models with annotation and 3D deviation color mapping directly in a PDF report. Now you can share your inspection results complete with fully interactive 3D models with your colleagues, customers and suppliers. They will be able to rotate the model inside the PDF, zoom to a highlighted area, or select a predefined view using the free Adobe Reader.

Quick feature creation

Qualify 12 continues to extend its features and capabilities to speed up the inspection process. With Qualify 12, we redesigned the interface for features to simplify the inspection process and added a new "one click" Quick Feature mode to allow features to be intelligently recognized and created on CAD models with a single click.

Weighted RPS alignment

While standard RPS alignment allows you to quickly align test data to a CAD model, you can sometimes get better results by adjusting an overconstrained alignment. With Qualify 12, we've introduced the weighted RPS alignment option that allows you to define weighting values which set alignment priorities for each constraint defined by the targets, allowing a close match where needed. The new weighted RPS provides control and intelligence, saving you time and delivering more accurate analysis.

Hard probing enhancements

We've enhanced hard probing workflows to help you better leverage the combined strengths of 3D scanning and hard probing. New probing capabilities allow you to quickly align the probe and scan head to the part, create bolt hole circles and centers from problem features, and quickly add dimension annotations to probed or scanned features.
